1. Order Placement & Confirmation

• How to Order:
  ✅ Website (galaxybrandstore.com)
  ✅ WhatsApp orders (+254712939925)
  ✅ In-store purchases (Superior Center, Kimathi Street)

• Order Confirmation:

  • Instant SMS/email receipt with order number

  • Manual verification call for orders >KSh 50,000

  • Note: Orders are binding upon payment confirmation

2. Payment Processing

Fraud Prevention:

• We reserve the right to cancel orders with mismatched billing/shipping addresses

• ID verification required for orders >KSh 100,000

3. Order Modifications & Cancellations

• Pre-Shipment Changes:

  • Contact within 1 hour: Modify address/item size

  • Cancel anytime before dispatch (full refund)

• Post-Shipment Changes:

  • Refuse delivery for return initiation

  • In-store exchanges only (Kimathi location)

• Restocking Fees:

  • 5% for canceled custom/special orders

4. Order Fulfillment & Delays

• Samsung Product Availability:

  • In-stock items: Shipped within 24hrs

  • Pre-orders: Charged upon shipment (not order)

• Delay Notification:

  • SMS alert if delay >24hrs

  • Option to switch items or cancel

• Force Majeure:
  No liability for supplier delays or import holdups

5. Pricing & Taxes

• Price Guarantee:

  • Locked at checkout (even if website updates)

  • 110% difference refund if lower found locally*

• Kenya Tax Compliance:

  • All prices include 16% VAT

  • Digital invoices issued automatically

• Currency:

  • KSh only (forex fluctuations absorbed by us)

*Within 3 days, Nairobi competitors only

6. Customer Responsibilities

1. Accuracy:

   • Verify shipping address/phone number

2. Communication:

   • Respond to verification calls/SMS

3. Receiving Orders:

   • Inspect packages before signing

   • Report damage within 2 hours
