2. Order Processing
Confirmation: SMS/WhatsApp sent within 30 mins of order.
Dispatch:
In-stock items: Shipped same/next business day.
Pre-orders: Delivered within 3 days of Samsung restock.
Tracking: Live SMS updates + driver contact via Sendy.
3. In-Store Pickup (Superior Center, Kimathi)
Hours: Mon-Sat (9AM-6PM), Sun (11AM-4PM).
Process:
Select “Pick Up” at checkout.
Wait for “Ready for Pickup” SMS (typically 2hrs).
Present ID + order confirmation at counter.
4. Samsung Product Handling
Phones/Watches: Sealed in tamper-proof bags with warranty cards.
TVs/Appliances:
Professional installation available (+KSh 1,500).
Original packaging retained for 7 days (simplifies returns).
Batteries: Shipped compliantly via road transport only.
5. Payments & Security
