Terms & Conditions of Service

1. General Terms

Welcome to Galaxy Brand Store. These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of Samsung products from our authorized store located at Superior Center, Kimathi Street, Nairobi.

Important Notice

By purchasing products from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not make purchases from our store.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These terms apply to all walk-in customers and online inquiries at Galaxy Brand Store. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products & Purchases

As an authorized Samsung retailer, Galaxy Brand Store offers genuine Samsung products with full manufacturer warranty and support.

2.1 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

2.2 Pricing Information

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

2.3 Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. All payments must be made in Kenyan Shillings (KES).

Galaxy Brand Store is officially authorized by Samsung to sell genuine products with full manufacturer warranty and support.
Genuine Products
All products sold are 100% authentic Samsung products sourced directly from authorized distributors.

3. Warranty Information

All Samsung products purchased from Galaxy Brand Store come with manufacturer warranty as specified by Samsung.

3.1 Manufacturer Warranty

Samsung provides the following standard warranties:

  • Smartphones: 12 months from date of purchase
  • Tablets: 12 months from date of purchase
  • Wearables: 12 months from date of purchase
  • Accessories: 6 months from date of purchase
  • Televisions & Monitors: 12-24 months (varies by model)
  • Home Appliances: 12-24 months (varies by product)

Warranty coverage is subject to Samsung's terms and conditions. Warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, liquid exposure, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

4. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policy is designed to be fair to our customers while complying with consumer protection regulations.

4.1 Return Policy

  • Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns
  • Products must be in resalable condition with all accessories
  • Defective products are handled under warranty terms

4.2 Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days and issued to the original payment method. Store credit may be offered as an alternative.
