Order Processing Details
- Processing Time: Same business day for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Orders after 2:00 PM processed next business day.
- Business Days: Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays)
- Order Confirmation: Instant email and SMS with tracking number provided upon dispatch
- Tracking: Real-time tracking available via courier partner platforms
Shipping Rates
- Flat rate: KES 1,000 for all orders regardless of destination or product value

Delivery Requirements
- Recipient must be available to sign for package
- Valid phone number required for delivery coordination
- Address must be complete and accurate; re-delivery fees apply for failed attempts due to incorrect information
Returns & Undeliverable Items
- Undeliverable orders returned to Superior Center, Kimathi Street
- Customer notified within 24 hours for re-delivery arrangement (additional KES 500 fee) or full refund
