Samsung Galaxy A57 5G Design: Super Slim, Strikingly Sleek
The Samsung Galaxy A57 5G redefines what a mid-range phone should feel like. At just 6.9mm thin and 179g, it is the slimmest and lightest Galaxy A-series design yet — a full 0.5mm thinner and 19g lighter than its predecessor. The aluminum alloy frame delivers a solid, cold-to-the-touch feel that rivals phones costing twice as much, while the 2.5D curved glass on the front and back creates a seamless, ergonomic grip for long commutes across Nairobi.
Every detail is crafted for durability and elegance. The linear grouped camera layout adds a sophisticated, modern touch, and the glossy glass finish catches the light beautifully. From boardroom meetings in Westlands to weekend outings in Karura Forest, this phone looks and feels like it belongs in premium spaces.
Samsung Galaxy A57 5G Camera: 50MP Triple System, Pro-Grade Detail
50MP Wide-Angle Camera with OIS
The headline camera on the Samsung Galaxy A57 5G is a 50MP wide-angle sensor with Optical Image Stabilization and PDAF. From the bustling streets of Nairobi CBD to golden sunsets over the Ngong Hills, every shot keeps incredible clarity and rich, true-to-life color. OIS keeps photos and 4K video smooth and steady, even when shooting from a moving matatu.
12MP Ultra Wide Camera: Fit More Into Every Frame
The 12MP ultra wide camera with a 123-degree field of view expands your creative options — perfect for group photos at family gatherings or sweeping shots of Kenya's coastline in Diani.
5MP Macro Camera: Discover the Tiny Details
Explore the world up close. The 5MP macro camera brings intricate Maasai beadwork textures and delicate local flora into sharp, stunning focus.
12MP Front Camera with 4K and 10-bit HDR Video
Your selfies and vlogs have never looked better. The 12MP front camera records crisp 4K video with 10-bit HDR, balancing exposure even under harsh midday sun. Nightography, Instant Slow-mo, Best Face for group shots and Object Eraser add professional editing tools right on the device.
Samsung Galaxy A57 5G Display: 6.7-Inch FHD+ Super AMOLED+ 120Hz
Dive into a cinematic viewing experience on the Samsung Galaxy A57 5G's 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED+ display with HDR10+. With 1,900 nits peak brightness and Vision Booster, content stays vivid and readable even under direct Kenyan sunlight — whether you are binge-watching on Showmax, gaming or scrolling social feeds.
The 120Hz refresh rate keeps scrolling and animations buttery smooth, while the slimmer bezels push the screen-to-body ratio to about 88.8% for an edge-to-edge feel that rivals far more expensive phones.
Samsung Galaxy A57 5G Performance: Exynos 1680 4nm Power
Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy A57 5G runs Samsung's Exynos 1680 chipset built on a 4nm process — an octa-core processor (1x 2.9GHz Cortex-720 + 4x 2.6GHz Cortex-720 + 3x 1.95GHz Cortex-520) with the AMD-based Xclipse 550 GPU. Independent testing puts its AnTuTu v10 score above 1,000,000, a clear jump over the Samsung Galaxy A37 5G and most mid-range rivals.
Paired with 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 128GB or 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, it switches between apps, streams 4K content and runs demanding games smoothly. A vapor chamber 13% larger than the previous generation keeps temperatures in check. Storage is not expandable via microSD, so choose the variant that fits your needs.
Samsung Galaxy A57 5G Battery: 5000mAh with 45W Super Fast Charging
Stay connected from morning to night with the Samsung Galaxy A57 5G's 5000mAh battery: up to 2 days of typical use on a single charge — perfect for long commutes along Mombasa Road, demanding workdays or weekend adventures upcountry.
When you do need power, 45W Super Fast Charging delivers about 60% in 30 minutes. Note: the 45W charger is sold separately and is not included in the box.
Samsung Galaxy A57 5G Durability: IP68 and Gorilla Glass Victus+
The Samsung Galaxy A57 5G brings genuine IP68 water and dust resistance back to the A-series — protection against submersion in 1.5 meters of freshwater for up to 30 minutes. Splashes, rain and dusty safari roads are no longer a worry.
Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ on both front and back adds superior scratch and drop protection, and the aluminum frame provides structural rigidity that plastic-framed competitors cannot match. If the unexpected happens, our Samsung screen replacement service in Kenya uses quality-tested parts; we confirm the repair time when you book. IP68 rating based on lab conditions; not recommended for beach or pool use, and resistance may diminish with normal wear.
