Frequently asked questions
Will they work with my phone?
They work with phones and tablets that support audio through USB-C. Most recent Galaxy phones do.
Wired or wireless: which should I get?
Wired earphones never need charging, have no delay in videos and games, and are cheap to replace if lost. Wireless earbuds are more comfortable on the move and free your phone’s port for charging. Many of our customers keep a pair of these as a backup.
Can I use them on a laptop?
Yes, if the laptop’s USB-C port supports audio.
Do the inline controls work?
Yes, for calls, play and pause, and volume.
