The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is currently out of stock at Galaxy Brandstore. It is a 2024 flagship and new stock in Kenya is now limited. If you want an Ultra today, the Galaxy S25 Ultra costs from KSh 115,000 and the newest Galaxy S26 Ultra costs from KSh 128,000, both in stock. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you when the S24 Ultra is back and what it will cost.
Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra price in Kenya and availability
The S24 Ultra was replaced by the S25 Ultra in 2025 and the S26 Ultra in 2026, so new units are getting harder to find. Prices in Kenya vary a lot from shop to shop, and many units sold online are imports without a local warranty.
Before you buy an S24 Ultra anywhere, ask three questions:
- Is it new and sealed?
- Does it have a local Samsung warranty, or is it an imported unit with no local warranty?
- Is the price really lower than a newer S25 Ultra once you count the warranty?
Want us to find one for you? WhatsApp us and we will tell you when stock arrives, which version it is and the warranty that comes with it.

What made the Galaxy S24 Ultra special
A huge, sharp screen
The 6.8-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display runs at up to 120Hz and is protected by Corning Gorilla Armor, which cuts reflections in bright light.
A 200MP camera with real zoom
The camera system pairs a 200MP main camera with a 12MP ultra-wide, a 50MP 5x telephoto and a 10MP 3x telephoto. It is still one of the best zoom cameras on any phone.
Built-in S Pen
The S Pen lives inside the phone, ready for notes, signatures and drawing. It is a big reason business users love the Ultra.
Power and battery
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy chip handles any app or game. The 5,000mAh battery supports 45W wired charging and wireless charging.

Should you still buy the S24 Ultra in 2026?
Only if you find a new, sealed unit with a clear warranty at a clearly lower price than the S25 Ultra. The S25 Ultra is lighter, has a faster chip and gets updates for a year longer, and the S26 Ultra goes further still. For most buyers, the S25 Ultra is the smarter Ultra today.

How to spot an imported S24 Ultra
Many S24 Ultra phones sold online in Kenya are imported units. They can be fine phones, but they usually have no local Samsung warranty. Check these before you pay:
- Ask for the warranty in writing and check who honours it.
- Check the box and charger plug: non-Kenyan plugs and foreign-language leaflets suggest an import.
- Dial *#06# and check the IMEI matches the box.
- Be careful with prices far below other shops; the saving often disappears at the first repair.
Upgrading from an older Ultra
If you have an S21, S22 or S23 Ultra and want a newer one, look at the S25 Ultra first. It keeps the S Pen, 200MP camera and big screen you know, and adds a faster chip, a lighter titanium body and longer updates. Bring your old phone to the shop and we will move your data, WhatsApp chats and photos for you.
Repairs and screen replacement
Already own an S24 Ultra? We repair it at our Nairobi CBD repair centre. S24 Ultra screen replacement costs from KSh 40,000, with a 3-month repair warranty. See all Samsung screen replacement prices.
Looking after your S24 Ultra
- Keep a case and a good screen protector on it; the large S24 Ultra screen is expensive to replace.
- Use a 45W Samsung charger and cable for full-speed charging, and avoid cheap chargers that heat the battery.
- Install software updates when they arrive; Samsung supports the S24 Ultra for years, and updates keep Galaxy AI features and security current.
- If the S Pen stops responding, clean the slot and check the nib before booking a repair.
