Our 6-Stage Recovery Process
Stage 1: Immediate Power Isolation
We disconnect battery before any inspection to prevent short circuits from spreading damage across logic board.
Stage 2: Disassembly & Inspection
Complete teardown under microscope. Map corrosion points, oxidized capacitors, and damaged FPC connectors.
Stage 3: Ultrasonic Bath Cleaning

Stage 4: Component-Level Repair

Stage 5: Drying & Testing
Controlled drying cabinet for 4 hours. Then power-on test all functions: display, touch, camera, audio, network.
Stage 6: Reassembly & Seal Check
Reassemble with new adhesive gaskets. For IP68 devices, we restore water resistance rating where possible.
