• Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

• Defective

• Damaged

• Incorrect item received

If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item.

6. Delivery Information

For reference, our delivery timelines are:

• Within Nairobi: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 5 PM

• Other locations in Kenya: 1–2 business days

7. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
