We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
You must also provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Please do not send your item directly to the manufacturer under any circumstance.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued and sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the original purchaser had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be processed to the gift giver.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
For valuable or fragile items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
